POWER of hiking
The project’s objectives are to encourage women with fewer opportunities to go hiking in their free time, enabling them to experience the benefits of hiking and improving their health and wellbeing. Additionally, the STORY project combines hiking with stative learning activities, such as watching documentaries, to boost the learning process. This approach is intended to foster a stronger connection between individuals and the surrounding environment, encouraging a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
